We only collect what we need to respond to you and complete the work:

• Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, service location and details about your vehicle, home or business, submitted through our contact form or given over the phone.
• Identification we verify on site. To confirm you are entitled to enter a vehicle or property, our technician reviews photo ID and proof of ownership. We view these to verify entitlement; we do not retain copies for marketing purposes.
• Basic technical information. Standard web server records such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and referring page.

To respond to service requests, dispatch a technician, complete and invoice the work, keep records of work performed, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Our contact form is delivered by a third-party form processing service, and this site is hosted by a third-party web host. Both process submissions solely to deliver them to us. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, this policy will be updated to say so.

We keep service records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely. We take reasonable measures to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
