Locksmith in Vestavia Hills, AL

Vestavia Hills runs along the ridge lines above Birmingham, and the housing stock reflects several decades of building, which is exactly why so much of our work here is hardware that has aged out. Original 1960s and 1970s locks that no longer turn smoothly, deadbolts that need lifting to throw because the door has settled, and knob locks on back doors that never had a deadbolt at all.

We also handle a steady stream of rekeys around Liberty Park and Cahaba Heights for new owners, plus car key and fob work in the shopping centers along US-31.

Liberty Park is the newer side of the city: a master-planned community built from the 1990s onward that reaches into Shelby County, with larger homes that usually have more exterior doors than anyone wants keys for. Keying the front, back, side and garage entry doors to a single key, and adding keypad or smart deadbolts for households with teenage drivers and dog walkers, is typical work there.

Along US-31, the shops at Vestavia Hills City Center and the offices near the Library in the Forest bring commercial rekeying and storefront hardware calls, and the school campuses mean regular car lockouts in pickup lines and parking lots.
